Biography

Mirza Rabiul Hasan is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Sonargaon University, Bangladesh. His academic and research interests include semiconductor devices, VLSI design, device modeling, embedded systems, power electronics, and renewable energy technologies. He is passionate about advancing engineering education, promoting research and innovation, and contributing to the development of Bangladesh's semiconductor ecosystem through teaching, technical research, and industry collaboration.$

My research interests include novel nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices, photonics, NanoFETs, two-dimensional (2D) materials, quantum materials, topological properties of materials, quantum transport, non-equilibrium Green's function (NEGF) methods, and electron–photon interactions. He also involves in both analog and digital ASIC development for efficient and high-performance electronic systems
